Since our founding in 1915 in Sumida-ku, Tokyo, Sugita Wire has supported the foundation of the manufacturing industry as a specialized manufacturer of special steel wire for over a century. Our steel wire is used as material for components related to safety and performance in various fields, including the automotive industry, construction machinery, industrial equipment, and precision parts. We perform secondary processing in-house, such as wire drawing, coating, and heat treatment, tailored to the required properties for each application. With production bases in Sumida-ku, Tokyo, and Ichikawa City, Chiba Prefecture, we have established a system capable of handling both cold heading wire and spring wire, carefully responding to our customers’ diverse needs. Since our founding, we have placed great importance on rational, careful manufacturing and building trusting relationships with our customers. Rather than relying on flashy technologies, we believe that steady, honest effort is the key to earning trust and ensuring long-term growth.
